Our trunnion rollers – also referred to as stud type track rollers or threaded stud track rollers – are self-retaining, double-row track rollers with a threaded inner ring stud. They are particularly suitable for conveyor systems, guide systems, transfer systems and mechanical engineering applications with low radial loads.

Manufactured from high-quality case-hardened steel, our trunnion rollers offer a robust and durable solution for demanding applications. We supply both standard sizes and custom trunnion rollers according to drawing. Thread size, width across flats, surface treatment, sealing design and lubrication can all be adapted precisely to your application.

What is a trunnion roller?

A trunnion roller is a compact track roller with an integrated threaded stud. This design allows simple and secure installation in the surrounding assembly. It is ideal wherever compact dimensions, defined mounting conditions and reliable rolling performance are required.

If standard dimensions are not sufficient, we develop your trunnion roller as a custom-made solution. Typical modifications include outside diameter, roller width, thread design, width across flats, surface treatment, sealing system, special grease and corrosion protection. This results in a component that matches your installation space, load case and operating conditions.

Sealing and lubrication

In the standard version, our trunnion rollers feature a narrow sealing gap. On request, alternative sealing systems can be implemented to improve protection against dust, moisture or aggressive media. As standard, trunnion rollers are supplied ungreased but oiled. If required, we can also provide special lubrication or additional sealing solutions tailored to your application.

Operating temperature

Our standard trunnion rollers are designed for operating temperatures from -30 °C to +100 °C. For special applications, for example in harsh environments or with increased technical requirements, we develop customized solutions.
