Lubricants – Effective Bearing Lubrication

The service life of rolling bearings largely depends on selecting the optimal lubricant. For years, we have closely collaborated with industry professionals and university experts in the field of tribology.

As a system supplier, we are committed to responsibly combining the right components in our bearings to achieve maximum service life. To validate our internal empirical data, we regularly conduct comparative tests with various lubricants from different manufacturers, directly in the machinery of long-standing customers.

The results obtained from these real-world applications are directly implemented into our development projects.

Lubrication of Rolling Bearings

The lubrication of our bearings is performed using modern, high-precision grease dispensing systems.

For bearings filled with particularly sensitive high-temperature greases, we have developed a special pre-treatment process. This ensures that the high-temperature grease adheres optimally to the metallic surfaces inside the bearing. Even under borderline temperature conditions, the grease in our high-temperature bearings remains in place and does not leak!

In applications with extremely high temperatures and where maintenance-free operation is required, bearings can be filled with solid lubricants instead of grease.
