Test benches

To ensure the flawless, trouble-free operation of our products, we put them through their "paces" in our purpose-built AKT test center. Here we can simulate many of the extreme conditions that your product will be exposed to on a daily basis.

Our testing capabilities include lifetime simulations of rolling bearings and track rollers under the influence of temperatures up to 300° C and optional simulation of high humidity. Furthermore, our test facility includes standardized service life test rigs for track rollers, which are designed for applications in the normal temperature range. These test rigs allow extensive testing possibilities for testing new sealing concepts by simulating external influences on the seals, such as dirty water or dust.
