Track roller with plastic sheath (KLY)

Features

KLY track rollers are self-retaining, single-row track rollers with a plastic-sheathed outer ring. They are suitable for applications with low radial loads and with high requirements for quiet running. The components are made from high-quality rolling bearing steel (e.g. 1.3505). The plastic sheathing is made of an abrasion-resistant polyamide material. The design of the KLY track rollers can be made with a rivetable inner ring bolt or with a bore.

Sealing

The KLY track rollers are not sealed in their standard design.

Operating temperature

The KLY track rollers can be used in their standard design at an operating temperature of -10° C to +110° C. The KLY track rollers can be used in a wide range of operating temperatures.
