We, Artur Küpper GmbH & Co. KG in Bottrop, are now an official cooperation partner of the Ingeborg-Drewitz-Gesamtschule in Gladbeck. The cooperation came about as part of the IHK Nord Westfalen's "School-Company Partnership" project.
The main aim of the IHK project is to support pupils in their career guidance and companies in securing the next generation of skilled workers.
In order to further develop our company in the long term, we need to take a proactive approach to young people today and continue to discover, train and promote talented and motivated young people.
In the IHK project "School-Company Partnership", we give pupils and teachers from the comprehensive school an insight into the working and production methods of our company and present our training opportunities in order to get young people interested in apprenticeships and the economy in the long term.
We look forward to a successful collaboration.
