As a provider of machine elements we aim to offer our customers an "all-round carefree package". That includes not only the obvious points such as a fast and flexible orders and request processing, followed by "on time" delivery, but also the procurement and optimization of standard roller bearings according to your requests with special lubricants or optimized sealing packages.


Based on our extensive know-how in the development of roller bearings, we offer you a broad engineering package to implement your ideas individually and precisely in a roller bearing that is tailored to your application. We take the engineering project through several phases – such as analysis of the actual situation, concept study, planning, design, and prototype construction – to the product ready for series production. When engineering for our customers, from early on our focus is on feasibility in terms of production technology so that the concepts can be converted into realistic and cost-effective products. Close cooperation with our customers and experience from a wide range of projects help us to develop production-ready concepts for roller bearings that fit your individual applications.

When processing your engineering order, we use the possibilities of our roller-bearing-calculation programmes, on request carry out FEM analyses, and convert the results of our developments into models and production drawings using 3D CAD. During the engineering process, we create a continuous documentation of the results and make it available to you, including the final product drawings and product models. As part of the product documentation, we prepare operating, assembly and maintenance instructions for our customers in accordance with their requirements and guidelines. At the customer's request, our development team accompanies all development stages of the product from the idea to series production.
