1933

Artur Küpper establishes a company in Velbert for the production of special ball bearings.

1950

A new product range is introduced: Idlers and conveyor belt rollers

1964

Rolf Küpper, the son of the company’s founder, takes over the management of the company.

1969

An additional production site is built in Bottrop; production halls are enlarged several times.

1994

Aufbau einer Produktionsstätte für Wälzlager in Tschechien

1997

Cooperation agreement with an Asian producer of ball bearings; first time certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001

2002

Establishment of a European network with international producers of ball bearings and agencies abroad.

2007

Enlargement of production facilities (by approx. 1,000 square metres) and the administrative wing.

2008

The business is transfered to the 3rd Generation. Rolf Kuepper retires. Susan Kuepper is the new Managing Partner.

2009

A fully automated assembly plant is commissioned

2010

The beginning of several international representations are opened.

2011

Next warehouse expansion in Bottrop
