During the development and manufacture of our idlers, we take care to keep the running resistance and the mass of the rotating parts of the idlers as low as possible. This is the basic requirement for energy-efficient and low-wear operation of the idlers.

Further substantial energy savings are possible, for example, in the case of conveyor belt systems, if the optimum covering is selected for the idlers, thus reducing the indentation rolling resistance. This is advisable, for example, by using our optimized PU support rings for lower belt rollers.

The use of our Intelligent Garland (see Link) can help you additionally save up to 13% of energy on conveyor belt systems with changing loading conditions.
