Application related calculations

Both the manufacture and the structural design of the idlers and the corresponding calculations are always carried out by us in relation to the order and therefore also in relation to the application.

If we have the necessary data, we perform corresponding application-related calculations for each idler type. In this way, we ensure the suitability of the particular idler design for the given application or, if necessary, adjust the design parameters of the idler to achieve this suitability. In this way, we ensure that our idlers are optimally suited to the specific application in your specific conveyor system.

One of the decision-making criteria in the design of the idlers is their durability. That is why we usually aim for idler service life of over 60,000h.
