Take-up rollers for highest loads with particularly high requirements:
 

• Support roller shell overturned (surface finish Ra=12.5 μm), made of longitudinally welded steel tube according to EN 10305-3 with narrowed tolerances (Küpper standard),
• Material of the support roller shell: Steel S235JR according to EN 10025-2
• Forged bearing housings (roller bases) made of steel C15 according to EN 10267-2 or S235JR according to EN 10025-2
• Fit of the bearing seat in the bearing housing: IT7 according to EN ISO 286-1
• Axles manufactured from solid material according to EN 1 0083-2 or bending-resistant hollow axle made from a precision tube with welded-in trunnions
• Fit of the bearing seat on the axle: IT6 according to EN ISO 286-1
   
• Deep groove ball bearing AKT according to DIN 625-1, 2Z shields, plastic cage, lubricated for life, greasing designed for specific applications
• Deep groove ball bearing 6310 - 6312
• Deep groove ball bearing ISO tolerance class 5 (P5) according to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for deep groove ball bearing C4H according to DIN 620-4
   
• Spherical roller bearing AKT according to DIN 635-1, with sheet steel cage or brass cage, lubricated for life, greasing designed for specific application, bearing sealed
• Spherical roller bearings 21312 - 22318
• Spherical roller bearings ISO tolerance class 0 (P0) according to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for spherical roller bearing C3 according to DIN 620-4
   
• Additional inner seal made of high quality material
• QLR Hybrid-Dichtung: Patented, lubricated for life, especially effective when exposed to water and dust
• Additional sealing by using weather shield
• rotation ≤ 0.2 mm/m (average of total delivery)
