Here, the basic components for our idlers and drums up to a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 4000 mm are manufactured on high-precision CNC automatic lathes, turning-milling centers and other machining centers for milling and drilling.

As a matter of principle, axles as well as tubes are machined by us in one clamping. This measure ensures that the ball bearing seats of the axles and the tubes of a subsequent idler are in alignment.

This geometric advantage is enormously important for the service life of a track roller.
