Garland stations

Switching from using fixed stations with insert rollers to using idler garlands is possible in most cases and can provide many benefits.

One of the possible solutions for the changeover would be the use of "garland stations". In this case, the previously used fixed stations must be replaced with our special garland stations. They are similar to the classic idler stations and are developed as their replacement on an order-by-order basis.

The garland stations not only have the necessary receptacles for the idler garlands, but are also structurally reinforced compared to the fixed stations and thus adapted to the changes in force ratios resulting from the changeover.

As an example, our Heavy Duty feed garlands can be mentioned here. These were developed specifically as a replacement for fixed idler stations in an existing conveyor belt system and have been used successfully.
