Special idlers

Special idlers are idlers with special features. If required, we will be happy to develop new idlers for you that optimally meet your requirements. Regardless of the issue at hand - whether it is the adaptation of geometry, corrosion resistance, weight reduction (up to 50%), avoidance of bulk material build-ups ("offset idlers"), simplification of conveyor roller replacement - we have experience and are always ready to take on new challenges.

One example of this is adjustable idler - idler with special idler frame allowing the adjusting of the troughing angle. Such idlers are needed e.g. in the so-called transition zones, the areas where the conveyor belt is troughed in or out.

Another example is the retractable idler. They make it easier to replace the conveyor rollers, especially in the impact (feed) areas, as the use of such idlers means that belt lifting for roller replacement can be avoided or at least simplified. To replace the roller part of the special designed idler frame can be pulled out together with the corresponding rollers.
