Conveyor belt rollers

Because of the affiliation to a conveyor belt system, all idlers in such a system are often referred to with a collective term " conveyor belt rollers ". Since conveyor belt systems are mainly used for bulk material transport, such idlers are also referred to as "bulk material rollers".

Depending on the installation location in the conveyor belt system and the resulting design features of the idlers installed there, the following three main categories are distinguished:

• Upper belt idlers
• Lower belt idlers
• load-bearing-rollers
