Documentation and labeling

The axial play, concentricity and running resistance of each load roller are checked in our fully automated assembly line. All measurement results are recorded for each specific idler.

If all the quality characteristics determined are within the specified tolerance limits, each idler is automatically assigned an ID number and the date of manufacture. In most cases, this individual marking is done on the front surface of the axle. It is applied mechanically so that it remains legible for several years after the idler has been put into operation.

This work step is a particularly important component of our quality assurance. In this way, we realize a 100% control.

The values determined during the roller assembly are archived and can be transmitted to you with each delivery upon request.

The complete stations can also be marked upon customer request.
