  narrow tolerances (Küpper standard), steel S235JR according to EN 10025-2;
• roundness ≤ 0,2 mm/m (mean value of the total delivery)
• Forged bearing housings made of steel C15 according to EN 10267-2 or S235JR according to EN 10025-2
• Fit of the bearing seat in the roller bottom IT7 according to EN ISO 286-1
• Axles made of solid material according to EN 10083-.2 or bend-resistant hollow axle made of precision tube with welded journals
• Fit of the bearing seat on the axle IT6 according to EN ISO 286-1
   
• Deep groove ball bearings AKT according to DIN 625-1, 2Z shields, plastic cage, lubricated for life, Lubrication designed for specific applications
• Deep groove ball bearings 6306 - 6312
• Deep groove ball bearings ISO tolerance class PS according to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for deep groove ball bearings C4H according to DIN 620-4
   
• Spherical roller bearings AKT according to DIN 635-1, with sheet steel cage or brass cage, greasing designed for specific application
• Spherical roller bearing 21312 or 22312
• Spherical roller bearing ISO tolerance class P0 according to DIN 620-2
• Radial internal clearance for spherical roller bearing C3 according to DIN 620-.4
   
• Additional inner seal made of high quality material
• QLR hybrid seal: patented, lifetime lubricated, especially effective when exposed to water and dust
• Additional seal (dust cover and rain protection cap) for extreme conditions
• Sound-optimized due to special damping ring
• Balance grade ≤ G14 according to ISO 1940
